The CDC state mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Day in and day out we are all under emotional, psychological and social stress. This takes a toll on each and every one of us and affects our mental health and our well-bring. We may start to feel that we are pulling away from people or activities that we used to enjoy, or that we tire more easily and have little or no energy.
